On 11th and 12th of June 2022, AI foundation in collaboration with Delhi Diagnostics & Heart Centre and MAX Lab pvt ltd. organized a two day “PREVENTIVE HEALTH CHECK-UP CAMP” for residents of Abul Fazal Enclave, Shaheen Bagh area of New Delhi. The key objective was to promote health awareness and adoption of heathy lifestyle among the urban population.
The camp offered free consultation to public by a panel of distinguished physicians, medical practitioners including cardiologist. Additionally, selected diagnostic services and pathological tests like ECG monitoring, pulmonary function test, Blood Pressure, blood sugar and thyroid tests were also provided free of cost to beneficiaries as advised by consulting physicians. Attractive discounts on advance non-invasive diagnostic procedures (2D ECHO, TMT, Stress Test, Ultrasonography) were also offered to all beneficiaries irrespective of their socio-economic background.
With high motivation, patients from nearby areas and localities also availed the services provided in the health camp. Appreciating the steps taken by AI foundation to provide health facilities in Shaheen Baag area, the residents demanded that more such medical camps should be organized on a regular basis.
